NEW Manufacturing Software Package
In early 2006, Subtronics Assembly
Corporation is excited to announce the implementation of
MAS90/JOB-OPS as a new company investment. This investment
will provide Subtronics with the
latest technology in information gathering across our business model.
Our shop floor will be managed in "real-time" reports, on the spot data,
which will set us apart from the competition. At this time, while
in the inaugural days, we can see the enormous benefits beginning to pay
off. We expect this system to be fully embedded by the end of the
second quarter of this year.
• Bill of Materials -
allows us to easily track the components and miscellaneous charges that
make up your
finished items assemblies.
• Inventory Management - allows us to track receipt of goods, the
movement of goods between
locations, the sale, removal and the precise valuation and
status of goods remaining in inventory at any
point in time.
• Material Requirements Planning - helps ensure that we have
sufficient amounts of materials on hand at
all times.
• Purchase Order - organizes and streamlines the important task of
ordering products, and helps us keep
accurate records of these significant transactions.
• Work Order - lets us issue work orders, develop schedules, track
costs and maintain complete control of
the manufacturing process. Also allows us to see
up-to-the-minute, work-in-process information.
