Quality Control
Subtronics
Assembly Corporation has utilized a
very simple and direct Mission Statement,
“No Surprises!”
Two words, but these
two words speak volumes. They tell quite succinctly what our customers
expect from us. They want us to build their board assemblies to print.
They want them to work. They want us to “handle” them properly.
Customers require
documentation, quality records, and traceability. In the electronics
industry, there is no room for error. Our clients provide us with a bill
of material. They choose the manufacturers of the parts they specify to
be placed onto their printed circuit board assemblies. Their engineers
make the decisions as to where those parts go. We comply. This is the
expectation, no more, no less.
No Surprises!
Documentation; We create job folders for each and every
assembly we produce. We take the customers drawings and files and
incorporate
those documentation into a routing blueprint, which allows us to repeat
the process correctly time and time again.
Quality Records;
We maintain our inspection records for 3 years. These records tell us
who, when, where, and how. These
documents
also provide the traceability, necessary in today’s world of quality
first.
Testing Records;
Our testing records are kept
permanently! They provide our clients with a lifetime record, serialized
and
maintained
indefinitely.
Our process control philosophy supports these beliefs. We have several
in-process inspections, which enable us to assure that our clients’
specifications are maintained. Our 100% Workmanship Warranty provides
our customer base with the security that our standards meet or exceed
those of our clients. We have been and always will be “an extension of
our customers’ facility.” Not everyone does “things” the same way. For
us to accomplish our Mission Statement and Quality Statement, we must
maintain flexibility. Our customers are invited to participate and have
a voice as to how we produce their product.
