To ensure quality output from our SMT line, our machines have scheduled maintenance performed daily, weekly and monthly, and are calibrated by the manufacturer annually.  In addition, 100% of all product is inspected before and after the reflow process.  We also have on staff a certified lead-free soldering instructor who is qualified to train and certify our personnel in lead-free soldering operations.
