The SPM-AV can easily print down to 12 mil pitch,

flexibility to meet almost any printed need. Multiple
vision systems, in addition to an automatic stencil wiper and
pneumatic paste dispenser allow for complete control. The
SPM is ready for any of your printing needs, wheather
they are SMT, screen printing inks, green tape, adhesive
printing or wafer bumping and encapsulation.
