This Manufacturing Defect Analyzer is the top of the line device, which identifies a host of errors in a matter of seconds. The cost to the customer is a fraction of that of other bed of nails systems. Along with our Checksum TR-8 we have a host of custom functional test fixtures, computerized and dedicated test fixtures. We offer programming, and also bring in programmed parts from our supplier base. Prior to testing operations, we have several Mantis Viewers. Our documentation philosophy is established more than adequate for even the most demanding clients. Several of our customers are QS 9000 and all have applauded our record keeping files.                                                    Checksum TR-8                                                    Subtronics Checksum Manufacturing Defect Analyzer (MDAs) provides the                                                                     capability to quickly and easily test assemblies for common manufacturing                                                                     defects such as incorrect, missing or misoriented components, and opens                                                                     and shorts.  These fault comprise the vast majority of problems encountered                                                                     in they typical manufacturing flow.                                                                     MDA systems can quickly and accurately measure continuity, capacitors,                                                                     resistors, inductors, voltages, semiconductor junction voltages, and SMT                                                                     connections for opens.  With the tools, MDAs can find most faults in analog                                                                     or digital assemblies before power-up.
